WP cost estimation form question

Hi, I set up a wp cost estimation form, the problem I have is that sometimes the info from the form never arrive to the email I setup in the email tab. I ask my hosting provider to check the email server and they say it is ok. I suspect the problem is with the hosting due to the fact that sometimes the info arrive ok. We tested the form 40 times and about 10 emails never made it into the email box.
It is possible to setup more than one email in the email tab?

As some emails are not delivering, I think it’s the issue of SMTP configurations and hosting companies are better placed to look into the matter. I suggest you to please take a look at the SMTP configuration.
