I am using a plugin called DCO Comment Attachment to let visitors upload images and documents to our site. Whenever I do this with a fairly small PDF, it works fine. However, when I do this with an image that’s a bit larger, the site tries to shunt me to wp-comments-post.php, but I get an error message saying the page doesn’t exist, even though I can see the page on the site when I go through the backend.
What can I do to sort this out?

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Alternatively you can use Disqus Comments extension which comes bundled with the theme for free (please see https://theme.co/docs/disqus-comments) It gives an option to upload media to the comments:
