The client is having issues with soft and hard returns using this plugin. Sometimes on a hard return you get a
tage and sometimes you don’t. There is no soft unless you add a
tag to the code. Anyway, any advise you have on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! Please keep in mind that a single space or line breaks will be converted into <br> tag. If you need another paragraph, you will have to have a double space or new lines so that it will be converted into <p> tags.

I understand all of that. This has become an issue since the most recent update. The issue is when the client uses the editor from the visual tab you do not get a single break if you hold shift you get nothing. If you access the site using the credentials I submitted and go to the example page and edit yourself you will see what I’m talking about. Thank you.

Could you try updating your visual composer to 5.4.5? The recent update should fix this line breaks issue.
