WP Bakery Image Element not showing up in Icon

I am running 6.0.4 Xtheme with WP Bakery 5.4.7.

When I add an Image Element using the WP Back-End Editor the images does not show up on the page.
I’ve tried everything.

Any know solution?

Hey @jpifer,

I tried to replicate what you’ve said in my test site and the image displays so this could be unique only to your site. Please give us the URL of the page with issue and WP admin access in a Secure Note and we’ll check what’s happening on your end.

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, I can’t replicate this issue on my end as well. However, I found a theme installation error that is most likely the culprit of this issue.

Your x actual folder is nested inside another x folder. [wp-content/themes/x/x]. You need to moved that actual x folder directly inside /wp-content/themes/ you can do this via cPanel’s File Manager application.

After you’ve moved the folder, login to your admin dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Themes and re-activate the X Theme.
