Wp-admin can't be reached - at wits end

I can’t login to my website… and I can’t figure this out … here’s what I am getting… and my hosting company is tell me it in the wp- theme or plugsin

This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://www.getupandgodiary.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.getupandgodiary.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I have checked and all the files are there …

I have seen this article and ran through all of those… that seems to be client side though… and my clients in europe are receiving the same errors… or sometimes they get

ERR_FAILED temp down or moved permantly

can I change out the wp_login.php file from a website I know that is working into the public html folder of the site that is not working?

Yes, that seems to be on your clients’ end, I can access that link you provided above with no error. I even try to use France and Germany VPN, but I can still access your link.

Is the error only happening when you try to log in to admin dashboard?

Please ask your client to do the instruction on the link provided by Michael.

Can you log in while incognito mode n your browser

Sorry, but are you asking me or the TS? I can access the login page in incognito mode. But I can not log in because he did not provide credentials.
