WP 6.2.2 / Pro 6.2.5 (or X 10.2.5) - Cornerstone errors

Not entirely sure what has changed, but I am now getting an error whenever I attempt to view or edit any element in Cornerstone:

The definition for this element could not be located. You may need to activate a plugin. The type declared for this element is: undefined.

I have tried reinstalling Pro, I’ve tried switching back to X, I’ve tried reinstalling Cornerstone. Same results in each.

Not sure where to go next!

Thanks!

More details: Chrome 113.0.5672.126, cleared the cache, tried Incognito, tried Firefox. Same results.

Hello @ckgrimm,

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site it seems that the page builder is working fine on my end. It might be the issue of browser cache I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and then check it again. I have tested it on Google Chrome version 113.0.5672.127. If the issue still persists please let us know the browser and its version as well.

Thanks

Hello -

I completed some updates, and it would seem it was a problem with PHP on the server. Even though everything said it was in compliance, a reinstall and eventual upgrade of PHP seems to have fixed it. Thanks!

Hello @ckgrimm,

Glad to know that things are well with you.

Thanks
