I really loved the theme and purchased another x theme for another site, and than paid to be upgraded to pro…however my site for pro is not being changed or converted to pro…im working on a staging site as well but really need it converted to pro…i tried to install the child theme and it says:
“Pro – Child Theme The parent theme is missing. Please install the “pro” parent theme.”
but i just bought the pro theme, can u pleaseeee assist so i can start building the site…thank you

Thank you for writing in, please install the PRO theme, like how you did with X. Think of it as a separate theme. You can download the latest version of PRO in the Apex Dashboard.
Next time you can buy the PRO directly without going through X (https://theme.co/pro/#pricing)
You might need to do the installation via File Manager or FTP though because I saw on your site that Maximum upload file size is only 2MB (theme files is 10.7MB), or ask your hosting how you can increase the Maximum upload file size.
