Wordpress X - elementor header problem

Hey everyone,

Im desperately trying to rid of this piece of code in the top of the screen (please see screenshot) but have no clue how to.
In practice (especially on mobile) it makes for a large white space (white letters) that’s really annoying.

Would anyone have a suggestion?

Thank you in adance!

Hi @Fred1985,

Thanks for reaching out.
Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having it requires more investigation. I would suggest you share your website URL, and if it requires login to access please provide the login credentials for your site on a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: I have checked your Themeco Account and found that the site you mentioned is not listed in your Themeco Account, if it is not already listed with some other account please add that to get further support.

Thanks

My mistake.
The website URL is https://omnibeats.com .

Ill provide the logins as well through the “secure note” option suggested.

Thank you tristup!

Me again, more specifically: https://omnibeats.com/instrumental-beats/

It’s gonna be the frontpage but it’s not the frontpage this issue is currently appearing at. Thank you!

Hi @Fred1985,

I have already mentioned that the specified URL is not listed in your Themeco Account, if it is not already listed with some other account please add that to get further support.

Thanks

Hey Tristup, it is listed now. Would that work?

Also, if you would use the credentials to login you would see it’s running an officially registered version of X Theme for sure.

Hi @Fred1985,

Thanks for listing the website into the Themeco Account.
I have thoroughly checked the page and found that the issue is not related to our Theme and it is coming from the 3rd Party plugin Elementor page builder. Although we don’t offer any investigation on the 3rd Party plugin, still I have checked the page content and found that one of the sections is containing the Broken HTML. I would suggest you check by deleting the section one by one till the issue is fixed, and the last one you have deleted before the fix is the actual issue.

If you are still not able to resolve the issue, I would suggest you contact the Elementor support on this. I would also request you troubleshoot the common issues before reporting any issues in the future.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

Splendid!

Thank you for your help and going the extra mile here tristup!

Hi @Fred1985,
