I’m having problems creating the menu. The product categories are no longer displayed in a structured way. See screenshot. This makes menu editing quite time-consuming and complicated. Why is the display no longer structured, and what can I do about it?

Thanks for writing to us.
In order to add product categories as menu items, please follow these steps:
Go to Appearance > Menus in your WordPress dashboard.
Click on Screen Options at the top right corner.
Enable the checkbox for Product Categories.
Once enabled, you’ll see the Product Categories option in the menu settings, which you can then add as menu items.
