Wordpress won't accept / validate license - I can prove my license

my site is fully updated (wordpress, X-theme) - i want to update cornerstone, but it won’t let me - say’s i need to validate the theme (won’t let me). I can prove i have the license

It’s a slim site - not many plugins – I tried deactivating them & it didn’t work. Theme is up to date as is wordpress. What can I do now?

You must check the all the common issue that is mentioned in the above posts if it doesn’t help you it would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please share your FTP details as well in the secure note of your staging server.
