Wordpress update 5.4.1 caused my front page to go all wacky

I’m wondering if anybody here might be able to help out. The other pages on my site seem to be functioning as before (except that a Ninja Forms plugin doesn’t seem to be loading on the ‘Quote’ page), but my front page is all wacky: No images or columns, just jumbled blocks of text. The front page was created in Cornerstone. I think I noticed the problem right after the wordpress update when I hadn’t yet updated X, but the problem is still there now that I’ve updated to X version 7.2.3.

Appreciate any suggestions! Thanks.

Hi @jonacello,

I checked the front end of your website and everything seems to show ok. But the version of the X theme and Cornerstone plugin is old.

Please kindly follow the steps mentioned in the article below to update the theme and Cornerstone:

Kindly, make sure that you clear any cache plugin or system that you might have and also clear your browser cache.

Thank you.

Hmm… that’s funny. I know I just updated to the latest versions. I wonder if the older version was cached somewhere and not yet updated? I believe that I found the offending plugin: PageSpeed Ninja. It has worked for me in the past, but not since these updates. (In part, I wonder if I just needed to allow more time for this caching plugin to work its magic before testing the pages… and actually, the front page seemed to be OK this morning–prior to deactivating the plugin.) The Ninja Forms page is now working since I deactivated the plugin. Thanks!

Glad that you managed to find the culprit!
