Wordpress Theme not validated

I am receiving this error when trying to customize my Wordpress blog theme.

This X license is not validated

I have purchased a license and it was working last month. Now both cornerstone and X theme won’t update. Icons are missing on the blog, like the arrows, and I am not sure what to do. This license worked when I first purchased this and now it wont update on my Wordpress Dashboard.

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your registered domain with X (see secure note) but I could not connect your domain. Could you please confirm? so that we can look into your issue.

Thanks!

The website should be www.lymphedemaproducts.com and our blog address is www.lymphedemaproducts.com/blog/

Im using the Wordpress Dashboard, and it says the theme is validated but not to the current dashboard website. It won’t let me update the theme or cornerstone. I have no idea what happened.

Hi there,

Upon checking, I see that your Cornerstone plugin is outdated which could be the cause of this issue. Please delete your Cornerstone plugin from your WordPress plugins section (your data will be safe as they are saved in the database).

Then head over to X -> Overview section and wait for few seconds to install the latest version of Cornerstone plugin (you will see a notification on top once installed). After that, try re-validating your site and should work.

Thanks!

I deleted the Cornerstone plugin and followed the directions given, but it said Update Package Failed.

Also when I click X, it asks me to provide my activation key, but when I enter it, I receive the message “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

Hi There @nickdura

Please provide us with the following information in a secure note to check your issue.

Your WordPress login URL
WordPress credentials (Username / Password)
Your purchase code (License key)

Thanks!

Hi I figured out what the issue was. The Wordpress secure.website.com was incorrect. I have fixed the issue and everything seems to be validated. Thank you for the super quick response though.

I only have one more question and I am not sure if it applies to the theme layout. Individual pages that feature an article like this one: https://secure.lymphedemaproducts.com/blog/can-you-benefit-from-compression-therapy/

There are next/previous arrow next to the title. How can I remove these?

Hi there,

Please add this code in the custom CSS:

.x-nav-articles {
    display: none;
}

Hope this helps.

Perfect! Thank you.

Also one last thing as I am getting further along. The NEW text block does not show up as an excerpt on the main blog index. The classic text shows up. But the classic text block doesn’t have the same control as the newer version.

Is this a known issue? Or am I missing something?

Hi There,

Please manually add your excerpt on the Excerpt meta box.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!
