Wordpress Multisite - 3rd Website cant be activated

hello themeco, I am having an issue on activating PRO on this website
https://njev1.mercadeodev.com

The error says
Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

I do have a liscense specially for it

please help!

Thanks for reaching out.

Would you mind providing the admin login credentials of your staging in a secure note? I like to try it first, for the meantime, please make sure you’re activating the Pro license (the upper license converted back July 14, 2017).

Hi,

Would you mind providing us the admin login. The login proviedd doesn’t seem to have the right access.
When I try to access the admin dashboard I am being redirected to the homepage.
