Hi.
When I enter my new license key, wordpress does not take it. Nothing happens when I click Enter.
The key given in my apex account looks ok.
I have cleared all caches several times bit still no difference.

There could be many possible reasons, it could be due to javascript error or an internal server error, or firewall related issue that prevents the requests from reaching our server. Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in the secure note? I like to do some testing first and I’m not sure which site.

It seems to be something is blocking the javascript that triggers the validation. Since it’s live site, I won’t deactivate the plugins. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Then please re-install your theme manually in case there is a missing file from the current installation.

Actually, it was a plugin conflict and from the first I tried to deactivate so I was lucky.
