Hi all,
i just bought the pro theme and installed this at the website im building.
When i activate it Wordpress has given a critical error, which causes me to cant do anything in the back nor frond end anymore…
I was already building the website with the X theme, but Pro gaves me more options so i wanted to go over.
Can this causing the problem? I tried to find the X or Pro theme in the FTP files so i can delete it, but it isn’t there either?

Thank you for reaching out to us. First enable the wp_debug and wp_debug_log and you might be able to see an error message on the site right away also look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. Please see https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
This could also happen as a result of a third party conflict, please test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I did fix it now by setting back an backup.
I tried to instal it on a empty site and there it worked (same settings)
I think it was because om some third party. thanks!
