Wordpress backend not working

Hi,

I’ve just logged into a clients site to work on a few pages and the entire wordpress backend pages are all messed up.

I recently upgraded this Client from X to Pro.

Can you please have a look for me? The site seems to be working fine on the front end still.

I will send login deails after this message.

Cheers,
Darren.

Hi Darren,

Can you try re-uploading wordpress.

Then contact your hosting provider and make sure you have the following verrsion of php and mysql as required by wordpress

PHP version 7.2 or greater.
MySQL version 5.6 or greater

If that doesn’t help, please provide us your ftp login in Secure Note.

Thanks

Hi Paul,

Have re-uploaded Wordpress with no change I’m afraid. It’s currently running on

PHP version 7.2
MySQL version 5.6.39

I will send you the FTP details now

THanks,
Darren.

Hi Darren,

I have tested your referenced site and I was able to login into your WordPress backend. Also I have tested editing one of your pages using Pro builder and I see that the builder is functioning properly as well.

See secure note for more information.

If you’re still having any login issues, try using a different browser and test or use incognito or private browsing mode.

Thanks!

Thanks for looking at this for me.

incognito mode seems to work - does that indicate it could be a browser cache issue perhaps?

I also seem to have a problem with Uber Menu over riding any attempted styling I’m doing in Header Pro. The inline menu only shows as an Uber Menu styled menu (https://www.explorermotorhomes.com.au/home-new/).

Could it be that I’ve not setup the CSS stylesheet properly in the upgrade from X to Pro?

Darren.

Hi There,

Yes, it could be a browser caching or one of your browser’s Addons.

On your Navigation Inline assign menu setup, choose the Menu: {YOUR-MENU-NAME} any menu that you create, but not the LOCATION: PRIMARY MENU option.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!

Hi,

I wasn’t using the LOCATION: PRIMARY MENU option. And it seems to do this to every menu.

Hello @DesignMunky,

It appears that you are using a text element and insert the Ubermenu shortcode in it.

[ubermenu config_id="newhome"]

If you do not want to use Ubermenu, please deactivate it because once it is active, it will take over the menu styling.

Hope this helps.
