WordPress API

I am currently looking at a project that we will need to pull the posts and the posts side bar out of the install using the Wordpress API, for an external page. My question is does pro use the standard WordPress API or am I going to run into problems using the WordPress API to pull content out for this purpose. Thanks.

Hello @swanhaven,

Thanks for writing in! Both the X and Pro theme is using the WordPress API and the standard way of displaying the posts or the sidebar. You should be able to display it in your custom build.
