WordPress 6 & Woo 6.5.1 compatibility with X 9.1.4

Hi,
The latest WordPress 6 & Woo 6.5.1 it is compatible with the latest X 9.1.4?

Cornerstone doesn’t work with WordPress 6.0 for me at all.

(Damn auto-updates!)

Hello @newmangreece,

Thanks for writing in! Yes, the X 9.1.4 will work with the latest version of WooCommerce. Just make sure that your Cornerstone is also the latest version which is the 6.1.4 version.

Hi
I have the same problem, how can I fix it?

Hi Filippo,

As my colleague says that the current version of X will work perfectly, but please check if the version of the Cornerstone is 6.1.4 and it has been updated properly by following the below steps.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be in the latest version.

If the above steps are not followed while updating the Cornerstone, please follow the below steps once again and check if that resolves your issue.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone
  2. Use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

I followed the steps but cornerstone still doesn’t works.
When I click “edit page” the loading circle appear, but it doesn’t stop spinning (see attachment)

Hi Filippo,

In that case, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.

HI
I solved, the problem was the conflict between the child theme and a plug-in, I disabled that plug-in and now works.
Thanks

Hi Filippo,

Glad that the problem is solved.

Thanks
