Wordpress 6.4.2 uploading theme not possible

Hi there,
by trying to upload the latest theme pro on an new website, it is not possible.
Error is “incompatible archive”.
I think it is something about wordpress 6.4.2?

Hi Kerstin,

There is no problem with the WordPress latest version. I would suggest you check the zip file you downloaded from your Themeco Account. If everything is fine, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
