WordPress 6.3 update broke quite a few sites

Hi There

WP Engine updated all UK sites to WP 6.3 and a bunch of them broke (502 errors):

https://www.groundlinxlogistics.com/*



Most of these had the latest version of Pro/Cornersone running. We have deferred the update for 30 days but want to get some advice on what might be happening, noting that this thread suggests no issues Wordpress 6.3 compatibility.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked all the websites and found that the Themes are not updated. I would suggest you update the Themes to its latest version and check if that helps.

I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server and update the X theme and the Cornerstone in the staging by following the below steps.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone
  2. Update the X theme to the latest version on automatic updates.
  3. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be in the latest version.

And if you are using the Pro theme.

  1. Delete the existing Pro.
  2. Upload the latest Pro version by downloading from your Themeco Account.

And If everything goes fine in your staging please migrate the staging server to live and try to activate the license once again.
