Wordpress 5.6.2 cornerstone not working

Hi,

My site https://www.minervatutors.co.uk updated to Wordpress 5.6.2 yesterday.

All plugins / themes are updated but I just get the spinning wheel when I try to enter cornerstone.

Any suggestions?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hey Hugh,

I have logged in and edited some of your pages. I could not replicate any issue. The page is load in the builder and I can select any of the elements in the builder.

See the secure note below.

One thing to note is that after doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache, or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

Hello. Thank you for your reply and the screenshot showing you were able to access cornerstone and edit the pages.

I have purged all caches. I have tried on Google Chrome Ingognito. I have tried on Edge. I have tried on Firefox.

I still get the spinning wheel.

It’s been over a week now. I need to work on the site.

Please help, thank you.

Okay, I have read another thread. Deleting Cornerstone, then reinstalling it from the latest zip file in the Themeco account section, worked.
