I was recently added to an existing wordpress account by the admin, and I don’t have the wordfence app to check the firewall, but other apps are showing. Is this something the admin needs to set up?

Please contact your Admin. Your WP Role might only be an Editor or Author, thus you are not allowed to view plugin settings with Administrative features and functions.
