Wordfence Alert: Problems found

I installed wordfence on my site yesterday & received the following email alert from them this morning.

Critical Problems:

  • WordPress core file modified: wp-includes/load.php

Warnings:

  • Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php.orig
  • Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/functions.php.orig

Is this something I should be concerned about?

Those are core WordPress files and is not related to the theme. Please contact WordFence support to learn they’re flagged.
