Word in text link to another section on the same page?

Could you help[ me figure this out?
Been unable to make a page jump to a lower section on same page by linking a word in a text element to that section ID.

Would like “here” in section #1 to link to section #3 which sits below.
Gave section #3 an ID - page-jump
Linked the word “here” to #page-jump

Hello Isabelle,

Thank you for a very detailed post information. To resolve your issue, the “here” text must be linked to the url in the secure note. For example;

<a href="#pagejump">here</a>

It did not work out before because the X theme is outdated and there was a JS error on the page. I went ahead and have updated the theme to the latest version already.

Please check your page again.
