I just had contact with the guys from the WooTour plugin and they referred me back to you.
So basically the plugin isn’t working the way it should. Hopefully you can help me out with it thanks in advance.

When I checked your site I don’t see any error. The functionality of a third party plugin is unfortunately outside the scope of our support. Regarding the long description it can be enable on Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product > Description Tab
When I check, that option is missing on your Theme Options. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
For the sidebar, again on Theme Options > Layout and Design > Content Layout : This is set correctly and by default should have display sidebar. Check again after plugin conflict.
