WooCommerce zoom not working on first Product image - Possible Plugin conflict

Hi there,

First of all, thanks for making an awesome theme. I have over 20 licences now!

My question is, I’m using this WooCommerce gallery plugin to have thumbnails below the product image: https://codecanyon.net/item/twist-product-gallery-slidercarousel-plugin-for-woocommerce/14849108

However there seems to be a conflict with X - on this product page: http://35.239.196.195/~traffic4/products/traffic-safety/traffic-cones/orange-and-black-cones/18-traffic-cone-orange-black-base-3-lb/ you can see that the first product image does not zoom as much as the product gallery images do. You can see I’ve added the same image for the first product gallery image, and the main product image. The second image zooms correctly.

I’ve activated twenty-nineteen theme and the zoom functionality works correctly. Could you please take a look and let me know how I can fix this?

I checked the page and on my end it seems to be working fine. Please see the screencast.

Please try clearing browser cache and see how it goes.

Thanks for the reply - however please try zooming on the second image. You’ll see the difference - the second image zooms way more, but it’s actually the same image file. The first image is the Product Image, the second is the first image in the Product Gallery.

Hi @katie_s_mills,

It’s because you have set your main image to 600. So the main image is pulling the reduce size instead of the original size.

You can change it under Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce
