Woocommerce where does the payment go to?

If I have multiple vendors on the site, and a customer purchases a product, where will the money go to?

Will it go to the store admins who then have to transfer it over to the vendors? Or does it go straight to the vendor?

Also, the payment tab in woocommerce marketplace for vendors, is that for inputting their own bank account/paypal to withdraw money? Or do they use it to pay for wallet credits etc.
