Woocommerce Theme Options Not Working

Hey :slight_smile: I hope you’re having an awesome week so far!

I’m having an issue where the Woocommerce Theme Options are doing what they should. Here’s what my settings are:

  • Shop Columns: 3
  • Posts per page: 12
  • Product Tabs: Off

However, the Woocommerce CSS is overriding the the shop columns, so it still shows 4. It’s also only showing 10 posts per page. And every single product page still shows the review tab.

Can you please help?

I can’t replicate this issue on my test site.

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Ugh… My bad team.

Thought I’d gone through and done that, but I apparently didn’t do it properly. Client had installed a sneaky plugin aptly named “WooCommerce Product Archive Customiser”…

Thanks for the nudge in the right direction.
