Woocommerce theme changed

Hi,

here is a screen cast of the issue. But woocommerce product page changed from add to cart and price being on the right of the product picture to now being under the picture.

Hello @s_mocko,

Thanks for the very detailed post information. I have checked your issue and actually it is just a caching issue. The issue occurred because you have installed SG Optimizer plugin. Keep in mind that after doing the WP, theme and plugin updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using SG Optimizer, WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

At the moment, I have temporarily deactivated the plugin. Please check your site now. You may need to activate SG Optimizer plugin back.

Best Regards.

my response
here, still off.

Hello @s_mocko,

When I check WooCommerce > Status > Templates, I am only seeing this:

The broken product tabs may be caused by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue still exists, please re-install X theme and Cornerstone. There might be some files that were corrupted. You can review our update guide and see the Manual Update section to reinstall X.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Here’s what I did first. I re installed X, cornerstone and woocommerce and still the theme is off.

Also got this from wordpress.

Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Cornerstone.

First, visit your website (https://www.au.medherbstore.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.au.medherbstore.com/wp-admin/themes.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

Hi @s_mocko,

Sorry, but I don’t see the issue on my end, this is how your product page looks on my end. And I only see one error on the console which has something to do with a Facebook widget.

Try using the Incognito or Private mode of your browser where there are no caching and addons involve.

How do I set my browser to Incognito or private mode?

Thanks,

i fixed it thats why. it was an sg opimizer setting.

thanks for your help.

Cool, glad you sorted things out,

Cheers!
