Woocommerce templates- child theme overrides not working

Changes I make in a Woocommerce template file aren’t appearing on the front-end of my website.

Copied file to /pro-child/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php

Woocommerce shows the override here: https://bigtimedesign.co.nz/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status

However, no change I make in the file is ever applied on the front-end of my website.

Is there currently an issue with child theme overrides at the moment? I’ve followed the woocommerce docs and it’s not working.

Any ETA on when this might be resolved? It’s been going on for ~5 months according to the posts above.

Are there any workarounds to get this functional in the meantime?
