Hi @kenas,
Can you clarify how you like it by default? The default look is this: http://demo.theme.co/shop-renew/product/bucky/
Image on the left and then product information on the right.
On your product page, I can there is this custom CSS that makes the product fullwidth:
.woocommerce #content div.product div.images, .woocommerce #content div.product div.summary, .woocommerce div.product div.images, .woocommerce div.product div.summary, .woocommerce-page #content div.product div.images, .woocommerce-page #content div.product div.summary, .woocommerce-page div.product div.images, .woocommerce-page div.product div.summary {
float: none;
width: 100%;
}
Please give us more information on how you want it. Is that CSS intended? We need more information before we give detailed on instruction on how to fix it. Thank you.
Default should be good to go…
I have not added that code but i can also see its there, its not on aditional css on either theme or customize wordpress. I think that code ended up there with the “Widgets” function on WooCommerce options of theme. It says image alignment left.
Hello @kenas,
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches since you have installed W3 Total Cache when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. Caching plugins are best to turn ON when you are done editing the pages and ready to go live. Please temporarily deactivate the W3 Total Cache plugin while you are still troubleshooting or building the site.
And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.
Hope this helps.
Hi Lely, cache is not the issue we have checked.
That code is not intended we cant find that code in the Custom CSS either from theme or wordpress please let me know how to remove it and or why its there.

Hello @kenas,
I have logged in to your site successfully. It turns out that the issue is caused by W3 Total Cache plugin. I have temporarily deactivated the plugin and the layout of the product page is now fixed.
After doing the updates or making site changes, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.
Please check your product page now.
looks better now, but that didnt fixed the image gallery… right ?
Hello @kenas,
You have set a 1400 pixels as the maximum site width in X > Theme Options > Layout and Design > Site Max Width. You must upload images of at least 800x800 pixels because the gallery images particularly the product image is displaying 50% of the site width.
Please upload higher resolution images of at leastt 800x800 or 1000x1000 pixels so that your product gallery will display nicely. Or you can also set your site max width to 1000 so that you do not need to re upload your images.
Hope this helps.
