Is there a fix for this and has anyone else encountered this issue?

Thanks for writing in! The latest supported WooCommerce version with the current theme release is only up to 4.5.2 and this is why the WooCommerce status states that the theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce override templates. If you go to WooCommerce > Status, you will have this:

Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues.

pro/woocommerce/notices/notice.php,
pro/woocommerce/notices/success.php,

pro/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php,
pro/woocommerce/single-product/up-sells.php,
pro/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.3.0

If you look at it, only the cross-sells.php and the single-product-review.php is outdated. You can actually ignore the warning message as it does not do harm or create any conflict and issues with the WooCommerce functionality of your site.
