Hey there!

I’m trying to troubleshoot an issue I have with WooCommerce Subscriptions. Payments with Stripe works perfectly with normal Woo, but when I activate WooCommerce Subscriptions, it fails. The failure message I get is “Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication.”

I’m in touch with WooCommerce on this, but just wanted to ask, as I’m troubleshooting, it seems like there might be an issue with showing the 3D Secure popup window. It works in testmode, but not live. It’s really weird. Just a question as I’m troubleshooting, is this a known error with Pro Theme? I guess probably not, but I just need to ask! :slight_smile:

Thanks for reaching out!

There is no known issue with WooCommerce subscription in line with our theme. It would be best to reach out to WooCommerce subscription support and I know they can shed some light to fix your issue.
