Woocommerce Stripe Integration Receipts

Hi There,

I’ve used XTheme to create the Ecommerce page www.quakefit.com
I noticed once I finished the process using the Stripe gateway; that Stripe wasn’t auto sending receipts.
I was wondering if this is something that needs extra work to accomplish? With a proper integration should Stripe automatically send receipts?

It looks as though “customer_email” is captured but the receipt isn’t sending.
Stripe asked me to try asking other support so I’m doing that.

Hi,

You can try activating wordpress default twentyseventeen theme then test if stripe is auto sending receipt.

This is just to check if it’s a theme issue.
