Woocommerce & Sticky Header not working

For some reason, the sticky header isn’t working on the site.

There is also a problem with the Description & Reviews section in Woocommerce, it has the section header, but none of the information. I changed the theme and it worked perfectly, but changing back to Pro again caused the problem to reappear.

I also have no sub-menus on the desktop. There should be sub-menus below the Store menu.

Hi There,

It seems that all functionalities using jquery is failing to execute. From the source code of your site, I can confirm you are using Cloudflare. Please try to disable Rocketloader. The loader loads your site’s javascript files asynchronously in which the order is not respected at all.

Please disable your rocket loader and make sure to clear the cache as well.

Although I had started to put this onto Cloudflare, I hadn’t changed the nameservers yet. I’m not sure how this would affect everything, so I’ve removed the domain from Cloudflare, but still have the same problem.

It was working with a different theme though.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • Cloudflare Login

Hi there,

It’s because of CloudFlare and RocketLoader, and it’s not loading the correct files. Please do thiss

  1. Please go to your CF"s Speed section and toggled off CSS and JS Minification
  2. Go to page rules section and add these rules

*.rowantudor.com/x* *.rowantudor.com/*cornerstone*

Both should have value of Cache Level = Bypass and Disable Performance

  1. Go to Cache section and purge everything

  2. Delete your browser cache and test it

  3. If still the same, go back to Speed section and disable Rocket loader, then repeat step 3 and 4

If it’s still the same, then please provide your CF login credentials in a secure note.
