Woocommerce sticky cart icon missing

Hello again!

The shopping trolley icon in my nav has changed in my dev site.

The woocommerce plugin has been updated in dev but otherwise I have not changed any display settings.
In dev, cornerstone is set for the navbar cart to display Double (Outer/Inner). I changed this to Single in the hope that the cart icon would display but no luck.

In Woocommerce from my dashboard, there isn’t a setting to change the shopping display to cart. Neither in cornerstone, so it seems.

Ideally, I would like to display the cart icon with additional boxed information that states either ‘1 item’ or ‘$ amount’.
