Woocommerce Shop - wrong layout

Using Pro and WooCommerce. I’ve got a custom header that’s set as global and all the pages currently look great and have the same layout, except the “Product” and “Shop” pages. These revert to some default settings for layout.

What do I need to do to make sure these “Product” and “Shop” paged have the same layout as the rest of the site?

Thanks of writing in.

To make sure that shop page and product page are the same, they should have the same template.

Would you mind sharing us the URL of the pages that you are talking about because as I checked your setup could not be able to see 2 shops.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I’ve added the Shop to the menu so you can easily access it. The URL is:

https://dev.wordandnote.com/shop/

There is only 1 product listed at the moment. I’ll work on the design of the Product / Shop / Basket / Checkout once I’m sure that WooCommerce actually works in Pro to meet my requirements. At the moment it looks like the Shop & Product pages are bypassing the Custom Header and Footer functionality of Pro.

I think I’ve solved the problem.

Now I’ve got the page added to the menu, I went back to the Custom Headers and was able to apply it to the Products pages (even though I had previously set is as Global) and now the Products and Shop page pick up the correct layout. Yay!
