Woocommerce Shop Notice Condition

For styling purpose, is there a condition i can use if there are any shop notices.

So for example, can i hide the shop notice element if there are no notices (because of the margin an padding)

For styling purpose this condition would be realy helpfull if you want to place the notices with custom layout.

It seems that there are a couple of function already in woocommerce. Would be nice to have it native in cornerstone as a condition or as dynamic content.
