WooCommerce shipping methops missing and prices are without tax

Hi!

There are some major issues in my WooCommerce store.

  • All prices are shown without tax
  • No shipping methods are available on checkout or cart
  • Clients can buy without paying tax and shipping!

The settings in WooCommerce should be all correct. The store has been up and running for few years without issues.

I tried to check for plugin and theme conflict but no solution found. I also rolled back to an older version of WooCommerce, still no help.

Thanks for writing in! Please clone your site to a staging site. If this is your first time, working on a staging area, please check out this article first;

We always recommend doing the updates first in the staging area so that you can do the testing and troubleshooting for issues and conflicts in the staging site without disrupting the main or live site. Once everything is resolved, you can always push the changes to the main site.

Once you have the staging site set up, please share it with us so we can investigate your issue.

Unfortunately, the given credentials are not working.

Also check by activating any of the default themes, if the issue exists or not. If the issue still exists, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, and the issue only persists with the Pro, please share the correct credentials for further investigation.

Oh no, sorry about that, now they work. The issues have also evolved a bit. So the prices are sometimes shown with tax, sometimes without…

The shipping to billing address works correctly now, but when trying to ship to another address, it show no shipping methods any longer.

I had someone look at this issue and it’s now fixed.
