WooCommerce Reviews Not Working

I have a live site setup at qvrkids.com. Pro running Woo for the Shop. We’ve launched 8/1, and are now planning a campaign to solicit reviews. I went in to activate the reviews on my product layout, and they won’t work. It says I “don’t have permission to inspect this element type.” We recently activated CloudFlare at your (ProHosted) suggestion. And, ran the recent update. But, other than that, no other changes. Could you please take a look and see what is happening and lead me to a fix for activating the reviews? Login info to follow in secure note.

Note the Single Layout “w/ Reviews” assigned to a specific product for testing.

Hello @franklinmarketing,

Thanks for writing to us.

I tried to access your site dashboard but it seems that the website is not working at the moment. Please let us know when the website is working so that we can check it on our end. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

Hope it helps
Thanks

It is up on my end after I flushed DNS cache. Likely a DNS lag from the CloudFlare implementation you suggested? As a ProHosted site, could you please determine why the site is not loading?

According to CloudFlare it may be an issue with how SSL is setup? Sonce I see it but over another connection it errors due to too many redirects. As a ProHosted customer I really need better support than this. I setup CloudFlare as you suggested and now theyre telling me you need to do something on your side. And in the meantime my client’s site is down. Please give this hogher attention.

Cloudflare changed a setting and says the site will load now. Can you please confirm?

This is what I see when trying to inspect the Product Reviews element.

Hello @franklinmarketing,

It seems that you are using the legacy or deprecated elements on the page. Please go to Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Administrator > Elements and make sure to enable “All Classic Element”.

Best Regards.

Same result. Review element says I do not have permission and nothing shows on the page it is assigned to.

Hello @franklinmarketing,

It seems that you have not enabled all the permissions, I went ahead to Cornerstone—>Settings—>Toggle All Permissions and save the settings. Please check your layout.

Hope it helps
Thanks

You are most welcome @franklinmarketing
