Woocommerce Review Tab not showing

Hi there,

I have ticked to enable Woocommerce product reviews in the customizer (it is also enabled in woocomerce settings) but it doesn’t appear to be showing up on the product pages. I have attached a screenshot.

Hi There,

I can see you have caching. Please try to clear cache and then check again. If the issue persists, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. If this two steps doesn’t do anything, please share your admin credentials on a secure note so we can check further.

In that case, please clear all caches, deactivate all third party plugins and remove all customizations like Global CSS, JS, additional functions in your functions.php and custom templates. This is to ensure that the issue is within X and not an external factor is causing it.

If this could not be done in your live site, please copy your site over to a staging server and give us WP Admin and FTP access in a Secure note then we’ll investigate there.

Thank you for providing the test staging website URL. I went to your website and check details, it seems that there is some kind of heavy caching going on there because I even installed normal WordPress theme as changed website theme from x to the default theme if you check the front end of the website you can not still see the reviews tab:

Please shows that there is something other than our theme code is making this problem.

Hi. I have disabled absolutely all caching from plugins and from my host (both on the test site and the live site) and this has no effect so it is not anything to do with caching.

Please can you investigate.

Hi, further to this and to provide anyone else having problems with this. There is a little tick box on quick edit of products to allow reviews. This needs to be ticked!
