I’m seeing from various Woo threads on the internet that my problem is most likely an issue with my theme, so I am coming here first…
We’ve heard from a few customers that our “reset password” links aren’t working. The customer is sent the reset password email, clicks on it, is taken to a page for resetting passwords, is asked to enter their email again and click a “change password” button, and is then send another email for resetting the password and the whole process begins again.
Can you tell me if this is an X problem? And if so, how to fix it?
