Hi,

We have a new digital product we are selling and have created a post template for displaying all the downloadable and viewable files a customer gets when purchasing…

Here’s an example:

I would like to add a related products section at the bottom of this page, showing the customer products related to the one they are viewing right now along with a discount code. How do I set the Related Products Conditions to not show the product shown on the page above. Keeping in mind this customer may not have purchased the product themselves as it may have been a gift…

Thanks for writing in!

You can make use of the Related Products WooCommerce dynamic element.

By the way, please make sure that you are editing the Single Product Layout and not your single post. Go to Cornerstone > Layout Builder and create the WC Single. This is where you can create your single product layout.

Ok,

So I can’t use the related products element in a Single Post Layout? Will I still be able to use the dynamic post info that I’m currently pulling?

Also, to show the related products, how do I designate what the product is that the related products are shown for?

Hello Darren,

Yes, you can not use this element on the single post details page layout. You can use the dynamic content code to pull the post’s information.
