WooCommerce receipt and 404

Hi

We have a webshop running at http://www.uggerhoej.dk/shop. After adding a few products to the cart and walking through the order process, a 404 error page is shown. The URL is correct, but nothing is shown.

Here is what I’ve tried so far:

  • disable + enable plugins
  • save permalinks
  • doublechecked woo-endpoints

The error doesn’t seem to be method related as using both available methods (creditcart and bacs) return the same error.

Suggestions?

Is there a chance that you can specify how we could replicate this issue? I have done some checking on your site where I added a couple of products and went through the cart, checkout, and payments and upon clicking on the cancel payment from the payment gateway, I was redirected to the site on a correct page (see screenshot in the secure note). I wasn’t able to encounter any 404 pages while going through the checkout process as well.

For the meantime, please try to check the permalinks settings of your site.

For some reason I can’t see your screendump. Anyway, you’ll need to go through the whole process but instead of choosing creditcart as payment, then choose this https://cl.ly/340D1u2o3q32, which is a normal BACS. If you do so, then you’ll see the error I’m sure.

I could reproduce the issue, but I don’t think it is something related to our theme. You can test that by changing the theme from X to default WordPress theme and follow the process and you should see the same error.

The only thing I can think of is the permalink structure which you can test:
Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

The other thing I can think of is the incorrect settings for the payment gateway. Make sure you followed these steps:
