Ever since I updated to v6, I’ve noticed that after a while, my products disappear from the template for non-logged in users. Is this a caching issue (Using WP Rocket) or a theme issue? v5 was always fine.

If the products are visible while logged in, it should be the Server Level Cache behind your issue. I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server-level cache. If that does not resolve your issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
