WooCommerce product settings icons aren’t loading?

WooCommerce product settings icons aren’t loading. The “Font-Family” is set to WooCommerce. If I toggle this off in inspect mode, it reverts to: “font-family: Dashicons;” and then all icons show. Our other themes don’t have a problem with their WooCommerce product settings icons, so I am guessing this is some weird conflict with the X theme?

I can’t just share access to a client’s site… Is there another way to troubleshoot this?

It is working for my test site so it might be something on your setup.
Please make sure that your are using a compatible version. See this: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

If the issue persists, we really need to check your setup and credentials is needed. You can share it in a secure note. This will only be visible to you and the staff and once than with the checking, feel free to change the access.

Thanks for updating in! I have investigated the issue and it seems that WooCommerce Follow-Up Emails plugin is the culprit: http://prntscr.com/fqav8f

Could you please deactivated this plugin and check the icons again?
