WooCommerce Product Pages Loading Full Width

Hi,

Out of no where my product pages started displaying content full width at the top of each product page. WooCommerce is set to display image left, but in every browser outside of Chrome it’s displaying the image carousel on top of the short description.

It was even doing it in chrome, but that seems to have resolved itself somehow.

Hi Jesse,

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your website, it seems that you are using any cache plugin. It might be the reason the WooCommerce product details page showing full width because of cache CSS style is rendering.

I would recommend you to purge all the cache and temporarily disable the cache plugin.

I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. Child Theme Issue
  3. CSS/JS Customization

Let us know how this goes!
Thanks

OK, so deactivating WP-Rocket did fix it. But I need WP-Rocket. So now i have no idea what to do.

Hello Jesse,

If you need this plugin then I would recommend you to purge all the cache then exclude the CSS and JS files which is required to load proper styling and layout of the page.

Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope.

Thanks for understanding

Do you think that excluding product pages from cache would make the fix i’m looking to achieve?

Nevermind, answered my own question, it’s yes. Though I asked WP-Rocket if there’s a way to exclude specific stylesheets from being minified instead of ignoring an entire swathe of pages. Definitely takes a speed hit.

Hi Jesse,

It’s good to know that you have figured out the issue. Please do not hesitate to create another thread if you have any other inquiries.

Cheers.

Best Regards.
