WooCommerce Product Pages In Ugly Containers

I copied a website because the company was purchased by another company, and needs to be rebranded.

For some reason, product pages are showing up in smushed up containers that are reporting critical errors at the bottom with shortcode text being displayed, despite settings for woocommerce inside X theme Pro being set to full width. I’ll add credentials.

Hello @USAT009,

Thanks for writing to us.

I went ahead and checked your site settings it seems that you have added the custom JS code to the Global JS using the script tag. Please can not link or add the script code using the script tag. I would suggest you please remove the code and recheck it.

Thanks

I removed that code, as I don’t actually need it anymore, but that has no affect on the issues seen within the woocommerce product pages. It wasn’t having any negative affect on the original site either.

Hi @USAT009,

I have checked and found that the issue is with your child theme. Activating the parent theme resolved the issue. Please remember that the custom coding issue is beyond the scope of Theme Support.

Thanks

Thank you, that is enough to point me in the right direction to get this resolved.
