Woocommerce product page causes crash

Hi, not sure if this is a plugin /theme issue, but I need woocommerce to be working so can’t have it disabled.

Since updating the Pro theme, when I click on the products page of woocommerce in dashboard, wordpress stops working and becomes unresponsive unless I clear the cache of the browser.

I don’t have a caching plugin installed as w3 total cache was interferring with my hosting providers management plugin and giving me an error. Is there somewhere else I should be looking for caching issues?

• Admin level username and password
