The product images are very skewed. In the options, I have them set to a 1:1 ratio. See screenshot.
I tried fixing via CSS, but no luck. The products should be 1:1 ratio. I tried using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugins but didn’t work. It was brought to my attention that it may be a theme conflict. Any suggestions?

The cause of the issue is your custom CSS code. Regretfully, we do not provide support for custom codes so you need to forward this issue to a 3rd party developer. That’s even if you got the code in this forum because we only provide sample codes here to serve as a guide. We do not support them nor enhance them.
